Returns

Paradise Valley Products wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied with your product, please contact us within 30 days for a full refund. Since our liquids are consumables, there is an inherent risk in accepting returns or exchanges because of possible tampering, therefore, any returns of liquids MUST have the original factory seal.

DAMAGE CLAIM

In the event of a damage claim, email images of damaged item(s) at info@paradisevalleyproducts.com.

If an item is returned as defective or because Paradise Valley Products was in error, we will refund the purchase price of the defective item and will issue a free return label. You must affix the emailed label on package you send back. Drop the package at a USPS office within 48 hours of receipt of the free return label.
